Currently a one man/one dog operation, the history of Larso's Roast Shack is simple and straight forward. Struggling to find a good local source of freshly available coffee, we took a dive and started experimenting ourselves.
Most will argue that you can keep coffee in your freezer indefinitely, others will tell you coffee is always bitter - "it is an acquired taste", yet a few select others will tell you that coffee is best experienced within 14 days of roasting.
After countless coffee cups (and we really do mean countless, since we never started counting in the first place..) of experimentation, we came to our very own conclusion - Life's just too short to drink bad coffee.
